1. Platform Overview

Vendora is an online marketplace that connects buyers and vendors. Vendors can list products and buyers can purchase items directly through the platform.

Vendora facilitates transactions but does not manufacture or own the products sold by vendors.

2. User Accounts

To use Vendora, users must create an account and provide accurate information including:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.

Vendora reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate platform rules.

3. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors using Vendora must:

• Provide accurate product descriptions
• Deliver products as promised
• Avoid fraudulent or misleading listings
• Comply with all applicable laws

Vendora may suspend or remove vendors involved in scams, fraudulent activity, or violations of these terms.

4. Identity Verification

To improve trust and safety on the platform, Vendora may require identity verification including:

• National Identification Number (NIN)
• Utility bill verification
• Other identification documents

Vendora reserves the right to verify user identities to prevent fraudulent activity.

5. Payments

Vendora uses secure payment providers to process transactions.

When a buyer makes a payment:

• The payment is processed securely through our payment partner.
• Funds are automatically distributed using a split payment system, where the vendor receives their portion and Vendora receives a service fee.
• Vendora does not directly hold customer funds.

6. Fees

Vendora may charge service fees to vendors for transactions completed through the platform. These fees help maintain and operate the marketplace.

Fee structures may change and will be communicated when necessary.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users may not use Vendora to:

• Conduct fraudulent activities
• Sell illegal products
• Impersonate another person
• Mislead buyers or vendors
• Abuse or exploit the platform

Violating these rules may result in account suspension or permanent removal.

8. Disputes

Vendora may assist in resolving disputes between buyers and vendors. However, Vendora is not responsible for the actions of individual vendors or buyers.

Users are encouraged to communicate respectfully and resolve issues through the platform.

9. Platform Availability

Vendora may update, modify, or temporarily suspend the platform for maintenance or improvements without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

Vendora is not responsible for:

• Product quality provided by vendors
• Delivery delays
• Misrepresentation by vendors

Users engage in transactions at their own discretion.

11. Account Termination

Vendora reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in suspicious activities.

12. Changes to Terms

Vendora may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
