Vendora legal

Privacy Policy

This policy explains the information Vendora collects, how we use it, and when we may retain or share it to operate the marketplace safely.

Last updated: May 18, 2026

Information We Collect

Vendora may collect vendor account information, store details, product listings, order data, buyer and vendor chat messages, device information, push notification tokens, payout or bank details, and verification documents where required.

We may also collect technical information such as browser or app type, IP address, device identifiers, usage events, and security logs needed to prevent abuse and maintain platform reliability.

How We Use Information

We use this information to operate stores, process orders, notify vendors, manage refunds and disputes, prevent fraud, improve the platform, provide support, and comply with legal, tax, payment, and financial obligations.

Payout and verification information is used to confirm vendor identity, route payments correctly, reduce fraud risk, and satisfy payment-provider requirements.

Chats, Orders, And Marketplace Records

Buyer and vendor messages connected to orders may be reviewed when there is a complaint, refund request, dispute, fraud alert, or support issue.

Order, payout, refund, dispute, and verification records may be retained where needed for financial reporting, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or payment-provider audits.

Sharing And Service Providers

Vendora may share limited information with payment processors, hosting providers, email and notification providers, analytics tools, fraud-prevention services, banks, logistics or support providers, and regulators when legally required.

We do not sell personal information. We only share information where it is needed to operate, secure, support, or comply with obligations for the platform.

Account Deletion And Retention

Users and vendors can request account deletion through the Account Deletion page. Vendora will review the request before taking action.

Deletion does not automatically remove financial, order, escrow, payout, refund, dispute, or legal records that Vendora is required or reasonably expected to retain.
