Marketplace Role
Vendora is a marketplace platform that connects buyers and vendors. Vendors sell their own products and are responsible for their store operations, listings, communications, fulfillment, and customer support.
Vendora may provide payment handling, escrow or protected payment tools, dispute support, verification workflows, and administrative controls to help keep the platform trustworthy.
Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors are responsible for accurate product listings, genuine products, correct prices and stock, timely dispatch and delivery, customer communication, and honoring refund or dispute decisions.
Vendors must keep payout details accurate and must not misuse the platform, evade fees, misrepresent products, manipulate orders, or create payment or trust risk.
Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers must provide accurate contact and delivery information, communicate honestly, and use Vendora's order, chat, confirmation, refund, and dispute tools in good faith.
Buyers should inspect orders promptly and raise valid concerns within the timelines shown on Vendora where applicable.
Suspension And Enforcement
Vendora may suspend, restrict, or remove stores, products, accounts, or access that violate rules, create payment risk, cause repeated disputes, contain illegal or misleading content, or threaten platform safety.
Vendora may delay, hold, refund, or release funds according to escrow, dispute, refund, payout, and payment-provider rules.
